Online Coaching packages
My online coaching services are suitable for all levels of experience & goals. From Powerlifting & rehabilitation to general strength training to improve your life. Online coaching provides you with regular technical feedback & check ins, with personalized ongoing programming.
For Powerlifting specific coaching, competition day coaching & handling is available wherever possible. With an open line of communication to build a solid relationship together, enhancing you progress and development.
High communication
Full Personalized Programming delivered via google sheets.
Technical feedback replies to training, within 36hrs.
Open lines of communication for any questions & concerns.
Weekly check in form to reflect on your week of training and for me to gain information about other aspects of your health and fitness journey.
Post training block feedback form to reflect on how a training block went, for you to express what you enjoyed/didn't and for me to continue to program for you in line with your goals. A weekly investment of $55
Medium communication

In Person Coaching
Available by appointment. These can be one off technique sessions or ongoing to keep you accountable. Prices start at $65
Women's Group Strength Classes
Small group Strength classes for women of all levels. Classes are run 3 mornings a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6-7am. Classes are typically run during the school terms. With a key focus on building strength, you will learn how to Squat, Bench and Deadlift, barbell style! While also having a conditioning component for cardiovascular health. Get strong & have fun in a group of likeminded women!

BARBELL CONFIDENCE
After 4 sold out workshops for Women, I am pleased to announce, Barbell Confidence will now be welcoming our men! Join me for a hands-on Barbell Workshop, designed to help people of all experience levels build strength, confidence, and technique in the squat, bench, and deadlift. Whether you're new to lifting or looking to refine your skills, this workshop will cover essential movement patterns, proper bracing, and lifting mechanics to maximize performance and reduce injury risk.
Limited to 10 lifters, you'll receive personalized feedback, practical coaching tips, and the support of a like-minded community. Come ready to lift, learn, and leave feeling stronger!
