Online coaching is designed for lifters of all experience levels - from those new to structured strength training through to competitive powerlifters.
You'll receive personalised programming, regular technical feedback, and ongoing support to help you train with confidence, improve your performance, and stay consistent long term.
Whether your goal is powerlifting performance, rebuilding strength after time off or injury, or simply getting stronger in a way that fits your life - this is coaching that meets you where you're at.
For powerlifting-specific athletes, competition handling and meet-day coaching is available where possible.
High communication Coaching
Best for lifters who want regular feedback, close support, and fast progress

In Person Coaching

These sessions can be booked as one off technique sessions or ongoing coaching to support your training and keep you accountable.

Women's Group Strength Classes
Small group Strength classes for women of all levels. Classes are run 3 mornings a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6-7am. Classes are typically run during the school terms. With a key focus on building strength, you will learn how to Squat, Bench and Deadlift, barbell style! While also having a conditioning component for cardiovascular health. Get strong & have fun in a group of likeminded women!

BARBELL CONFIDENCE
A workshop for men and women
Barbell Confidence is a hands-on workshop designed to help lifters of all experience levels build confidence, strength, and solid technique in the squat, bench press and deadlift.
Whether you're new to barbell training or looking to refine your technique, this workshop focuses on the fundamentals that matter most - efficient movement patterns, proper bracing, and sound lifting mechanics. The goal is to help you lift with more confidence, improve performance, and reduce injury risk.
With limited numbers you'll receive quality coaching, practical cues you can apply immediately, and a supportive training environment where questions are encouraged.
Come ready to learn, lift and leave feeling more confident under the bar.
